"Chakras and Ch'i" course
This course that will show you how to balance and heal your Chakra system and energy bodies. You will become more self-aware and gain knowledge on your inner workings. You will empower yourself to become more of who you were meant to be. It is divided into eight sections - one for the energy bodies and one for each of the seven major Chakras.
When we walk into a room, our energy field leads the way. Our Chakras (energy vortexes throughout the body - our subtle sense organs) are already being fed information through a subtle network of vessels called the Nadis. We survey the room with our physical eyes while our third eye Chakra (clear vision) detects the auras around all of the people and objects in the area. We make a decision with our physical brain, which received its information from the subtle mental body through the Chakras. We can sense a feeling in our gut (solar plexus Chakra) that tells us to stay away from so-and-so. We sense an expansion in our chest (heart Chakra) that tells us to venture over to another person.
We are constantly exchanging information back and forth between our subtle bodies and our physical self via the Chakra system. With no 'concrete or scientific' evidence as to why we make these choices, make them we do. We decide where to sit, who to talk to and what to say in a matter of seconds or minutes and off we go.
How do we do this? By what stimuli are we being guided? From where are the clues coming? Yes, we may pick up visual clues or overhear snippets of conversation. We may know some of the folks in the room. But that doesn't explain every incidence. There is something more. We are going to discover what that something is.
Self-Health and Harmony
"What is the aura and why is it important?" "How do I detect my Chakras?" "Why do I get sick?" These are some of the questions that students ask me. This course will help each student find their own answers. We need to realize that our being doesn't end at our skin. There is so much more to each of us.
After taking this course, you will never look at people the same way again. You will learn to appreciate the beauty each of us offers the world and find the worth and value in your being in the world at this time. We wouldn't be the same without you.
There are experiments to learn how to detect the subtle bodies that surround our physical one. There are also some exercises to sharpen our perceptions and raise our energy.
Through case studies, we will learn to feel the aura around other individuals and detect, balance, and harmonize their Chakra System.
A very brief look at the Seven Major Chakras.
Root Chakra: deals with our tribal instincts, our ability to deal with our family, our fears related to our existence and death, our feelings of safety and security in our world.
Sacral Chakra: deals with our experience of that which is different from us, our creativity, our sexuality, partnerships, modes of behaviours that destroy opportunities for successful relationships.
Solar Plexus: deals with our own personal dynamics and feelings of authority and self-confidence, turning our shadow self into gifts through our own wisdom.
Heart Chakra: deals with our ability to love and accept love, our availability to love, feelings of gratitude, devotions, our feelings of self-worth.
Throat Chakra: deals with our verbal expression and inhibitions, our communications on every level - writing, speaking, singing, exchange of ideas though language.
Third Eye: deals with our imagination, conceptions, higher goals and ideals, control issues, perceptions, narrow-mindedness, insight, inner guidance.
Crown Chakra: deals with our connections to Higher Self, wisdom, spiritual awakening, meditation, contemplation, illumination, mystical experiences, oneness with All and All That Is.
Over the last 40 years I've done thousands of physical Chakra balancing sessions. I have developed a way to do it psychically because I can no longer physically do it since fracturing my back in 2013. All of my clients find it very effective and, as my Mom used to say, 'The proof is in the pudding.'

intention for the session. While you sit on a comfortable chair and listen to inspiring music, I
will psychically detect, energize, and balance your Chakra system, and cleanse your Ch'i
Bodies. Then I'll lead you through a Grounding Exercise. Finally, I will
